Money-Back Guarantee

Like all supplements, individual experiences and results can vary. In saying this, we are very confident in our product. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time customers.

Please note: This offer applies to our 20 capsule pack only. 40 capsule packs, Bundles and Subscription orders do not fall within our money-back guarantee.

  • If you wake up the next day and you feel no difference = Your money back.
  • A full reimbursement (excluding shipping) will be processed should the customer not be satisfied with the product. Please email support@tend2.com.au with your name, address, order number and receipt.
  • No more than 2 doses are to be consumed. Remaining capsules from the 20 capsule pack must be returned to Tend-2. 
  • Return shipping costs will be incurred at the buyers expense. Tend-2 will not refund shipping costs.
  • This offer is in line with the Australian Government guidelines related to responsible drinking. Tend-2 does not promote excessive drinking of alcohol and therefore the money-back-guarantee shall be denied should the customer breach these guidelines. 
  • No more than 1 order/pack per person may be returned. 
  • The customer must agree that they are not providing misleading or false information.
  • Must be 18+ to be eligible. 
  • This offer is aligned with Tend-2 only and has no association with Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after ordering your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@tend2.com.au. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Change of Mind Returns
Unfortunately, due to health regulations, we cannot accept the return of any of our nutritional products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.

Problems With Delivery or Shipping
If your item/s arrives damaged, please contact support@tend2.com.au to assess the damage and to work out a solution. You may be requested to provide a photograph of your item/s and/or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.
 
For returns under Australian Consumer Law, please contact josh@tend2.com.au to arrange collection of the item/s to be delivered back to our warehouse for assessment, exchange, repair, or refund.
 
We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in these circumstances.
 
Changes To This Returns Policy
Subject always to the operation of the Australian Consumer Law, we reserve the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
