SHIPPING
Australian shipping is available via Australia Post.
International shipping is available via DHL eCommerce and DHL Express.
An invoice will be sent to the nominated email address that you enter at checkout. We aim to process orders within 1-2 full business days.

Australian Shipping - via Australia Post
Australia Post have advised there are currently shipping delays throughout Australia. They are working to have all parcels delivered as quickly as possible
- Parcel Post: 3-6 Business Days ($10)
- Standard Shipping (Parcel Post) is FREE for all orders over $79
- Express Shipping: 1-3 Business Days ($13)
International Shipping - via DHL eCommerce and DHL Express
- Standard Shipping: 8-15 Business Days
- Express Shipping: 3-5 Business Days
Cost:
Exact shipping and delivery charges are determined by your location and the package weight. Please use the shipping calculator at checkout for your specific shipment costs. Please note: each country may impose their own taxes or duties once the product is to be collected by the purchaser.
Delays or Loss
Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, delivery timelines and handling are managed by the courier service.
While delays or parcel losses caused by couriers are outside of Tend-2’s direct control, we don’t want to leave you stranded.
If your order appears delayed or is marked as lost in transit, please contact us at support@tend2.com.au as soon as possible. We will work directly with the courier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue as quickly as we can.
Please note that Tend-2 is not liable for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by third-party couriers once an order has been dispatched. However, we will always do our best to support you and reach a fair resolution.
